PLACING MY ORDER

How do I order?

It's easy to order from monsterprint.com. Just follow these easy steps:
  • Choose a product category
  • Select an item , follow the prompts, input your text, and add art
  • Proof your work on screen
  • Add item to the shopping cart
  • Verify quantity, continue shopping, or checkout

After clicking checkout:

  • Existing customer – Login to your account
  • New customers – Click on [Register] button to create an account.

Verification

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order receipt confirmation via email.

Cancelling an Order

Once your order is submitted it immediately flows into our production process. Therefore, we are unable to allow for changes, corrections and/or cancellations. Check your order carefully.

Coupons

Only Promo codes specific to monsterprint.com are accepted. Please read promo codes carefully before using. Terms and conditions may apply.

Resolving Problems With Your Order - Please Respond Promptly!

In the event that we are physically unable to produce your order for any reason, the monsterprint.com Customer Service department will attempt to contact you by email or telephone to resolve the problem. After two business days with no response to our request(s) for information, your order will be subject to cancellation. In the event your order is cancelled, you will be notified that this has occurred and that a refund has been issued.

Re-order

  • You must be logged in to place a Re-Order
  • Click on your Username at the top of the Home page, above the Search bar
  • Click on the Orders tab on the left
  • Locate the specific order in the list and click the Reorder link
  • If you need to make any changes click the Edit link, and it will take you to the designer

PAYING FOR MY ORDER

Payment forms accepted

At the current time, monsterprint.com is able to process your order using a major credit card -- Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express. You may also use your bank check-card, provided it has a Visa or MasterCard symbol. You will be required to enter a credit card number, expiration date, security code (the 3- or 4-digit number printed on your card), and the cardholder name. Because we use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology, doing business with us online is very safe. Every transaction conducted is encrypted for privacy.

Sales Tax

In accordance with state and local tax laws, monsterprint.com charges state sales tax where applicable.

Tax exempt

In order to receive a tax exempt credit, you must submit a tax exempt certificate to our office. Contact Customer Service for details by phone (800) 374-1010 or by email at customerservice@monsterprint.com. If you have previously provided your tax-exempt certificate to monsterprint.com, you will not be charged sales tax.

    ARTWORK

    Uploading Artwork

    • Click the UPLOAD tab in the designer and follow the prompts to find the art from your computer
    • User uploaded graphics with white backgrounds MUST have Pure White backgrounds
    • If you encounter a problem uploading your artwork please contact Customer Service at: (800) 374-1010, or email us at customerservice@monsterprint.com

    Requirements for uploaded artwork

    • Maximum file size for artwork is 15 MB for all banners
    • Logos must have a minimum resolution of 300 dpi for products other than banners
    • For all banners, logos must have a minimum 300 dpi at full size
    • We currently accept the following formats: TIFF, GIF, JPEG, PNG, PDF, and EPS
    • If you import an artwork that does not meet these requirements, we cannot be responsible for the final imprint quality of the logo – Please contact Customer Service with questions
    • You must upload your artwork in the orientation in which you would like it to be produced

    DESIGN STUDIO & BROWSER

    As browser technology constantly changes, you may find that some of our designer studio features may not work as intended. If this occurs we recommend trying a different browser. Our designer studio works best in the following browsers Google Chrome 50+, Firefox 46+, and Internet Explorer 11.

    DELIVERY

    Delivery locations

    We deliver to USA addresses only. We are not able to deliver to addresses outside the US. We apologize for any inconvenience this may present.

    Delivery options

    • Trackable Ground Service via USPS can take up to 5 business days depending on your location
    • UPS Overnight-Next day delivery order(s) will be delivered by 5:00 PM the next afternoon (excluding weekends and holidays)
    • PLEASE NOTE: Delivery time does not include the time it takes to produce your order (see production schedule below)

    All items are personalized, so we are unable to accept returns. If you feel that your order was produced incorrectly,
    please contact Customer Service at (800) 374-1010 or via email at customerservice@monsterprint.com.
